LEARN HOW TO MAKE COMICS | JUNE 10-14
Just a quick reminder that I’ll be teaching a 5 day comics workshop next week for children ages 13-18. Classes will be held at Higher Ground Learning in Salt Lake City, June 10-14, and will cover everything from generating and filtering story ideas to developing characters and story arcs, laying out comics pages and speech bubbles, making a rough draft, and publishing opportunities for comics-makers.
I would have gone to great lengths to have attended a class like this when I was a boy, and I couldn’t be happier to share my love for making comics with the youth. For those of you who have attended my workshops and presentations in the past, you can expect more of the same, with a lot more workshopping and a closer look at the comics-making process from beginning to end.
