A Month with Rapid Grow
After using Rapid Growโs Instagram services for 4 consecutive weeks, my following had increased by 937 (a daily average of 29.7 followers/day), and out-performed Jumper Media by 35% for roughly 8% the cost. ButโI was also experiencing some serious problems with Rapid Growโs Customer Service.
A Month of Problems
When I first signed up, I sent Rapid Grow some questions through the Contact form on their website. I didnโt hear back.
About halfway through the month, I received the following message:
Not Cool, Rapid Grow. Not Cool.
I replied to the email and let Rapid Grow know that I had sent a previous message about their services that still hadnโt been replied to, and that I had received Rapid Growโs several emails, inviting users to upgrade for additional services. I felt like I was someone for Rapid Grow to sell to, not a customer getting help.
The announcement of Rapid Growโs merge with Firing Table was a separate issue. There was nothing on the Rapid Grow website that indicated they would be joining services with a separate company. None of the other emails I received mentioned the forthcoming changes either. And who are Firing Table, anyway? After some quick research, I learned a bit about Firing Table and that their service was $29.95โthe same listed by Firing Table.
There were just too many unanswered questions for me, so I started looking for other service providers, ready to cancel my service with Rapid Grow. Ohโdid I mention I had been blocked from liking and commenting on posts, because RG maxed out Instagramโs limits for each?!
The growth was nice, but the hassle, and lack of information and communication was no longer worth even $10 a month.
Months 2-4
(Admittedly, Iโm about 10 days shy of completing 4 months with Rapid Grow, but I think the information Iโve gained and provided below will serve our purposes here.)
Picking up from earlier: just as I was planning to send out my cancellation request to Rapid Grow, I received a personal email from the company. They addressed most of my concerns directly and provided me with options, namely:
- I could refuse the additional automatic DMing and commenting services offered by the merge with Firing Table and continue paying my initial agreement for $10/month instead of the newly mandated $30.
- Rapid Grow would no longer get me blocked from liking and commenting on Instagram
- Rapid Grow would provide me with follow-back rates for specific similar accounts
Although the none of the messages came with a name (other than Rapid Grow) attached, the individual was very helpful and apologetic, and they (like Jumper Media) mentioned that they like when their customers are proactive in working with their company.
4 Months of Growth with Rapid Grow
Over a period of a little less than 4 months, my following grew from 5,433 to 8,556โthatโs a total increase of 3,123 followers, or roughly 844 followers per month and 28 per day. (See the 2 screenshots below to see the changes made over a 4-month period.)
Compared with Jumper Media, whose monthly new follower average was 743.4 and a daily average of 24.78 new followers, Rapid Grow averages 3.22 more daily followers, and 100.6 more followers per month at a fraction of the cost.
Considering all of the above, Iโm about to complete my 4th month with Rapid Grow, and am happy to share my review of the company and services below.
Review of Rapid Grow
Effectiveness: With the distinct exception of when I was blocked from liking and commenting from my own account for 96 hours, as well as the times I didnโt post and my following dropped, Iโd say the service delivered better than I had expected. 4/5

Analytics Provided: The single bit of information I received, I had to ask for. And even then, the information is a bit difficult to slog through and understand. I put partial blame on myself for not pressing the issue a bit more, but Iโm going to ask going forward about which accounts, locations, and hashtags are driving the most traffic to my profile. Oh! It was once mentioned in an email that a user dashboard was available, but I never heard more about it. Sounds like it could be helpful! Solid results, but I wish I knew why/how. 1/5

Customer Service: I missed out on some much-needed communication early on, but whoever wrote me did a fantastic job in answering most of my questions and concerns, and things have been good (if not quiet) since. 3/5

Ease of Use: Iโd say dangerously easy to use. Because there is so little communication coming in from Rapid Grow, yet the results are in place, this makes for an outcome I donโt know how to control, which isnโt nearly as helpful as it might sound. It is extremely hands-off, but I donโt know if โuseโ is the right word. 5/5

Financial Expense: Um. Itโs $10 a month (but $30 for newcomers) and gets me more followers than a data-driven company that charges 92% more. At this price, Rapid Grow is a steal. 5/5

This makes for a total rating of 18/25.
Canceling Rapid Grow
While I had a mostly favorite experience with Rapid Grow, I ultimately had to cancel their services around month 6 of services.
My profile views came to a complete stop. My views and likes plummeted. I started getting messages from Instagram, telling me I could no longer follow new accounts or reply to comments or like other peoplesโ images. I reached out to Rapid Grow.
They said that Instagram had changed their position on accounts using growth services and that Rapid Grow had effectively been blocked from using my account. After 2-3 weeks with the same problems, I decided to cancel with Rapid Grow by emailing contact@rapidgrow.io. Cancelation was quick and I was soon able to use Instagram again without restrictions.
(If you still have trouble canceling, ask your bank to put a stop on payments with Rapid Grow.)
