Somehow I filed this away and had forgotten all about it until now. Utah Gutter/Country band John Ross Boyce and His Troubles didn’t learn their lesson after I made the album artwork for “Black Shuck, Old Crow”, and they asked me to make a logo for their band.
I wanted to make something dark and dirty, but also a little tongue-in-cheek. After trying my hand at some skulls and crows, I came up with this.
